| International Pipe & Tube, Philadelphia, PA | Feasibility study to build, own and operate a steel manufacturing facility in Iceland. The study involved the appraisal of the site, analysis of the various agreements with government and port authorities, and a detailed valuation analysis on a cost-to-build basis and on a net present value calculation on income approach. |
| Dubrovnik Municipality, Croatia | Engineering and contract documentation to produce a full design and construction specification for international tender for a large municipal multi-storey car park in Dubrovnik. The project is funded by the EBRD. |
| Hatch Associates, Canada | Assistance was provided to Hatch to complete on schedule a full feasibility study for an alumina refinery expansion project in Guinea. This included geology, mining and power generation, as well as the railway upgrade and extension of Conakry port. |
| City of Sibiu, Romania | The city of Sibiu is the 2007 European City of Culture and EBRD funding was approved for renovation and new build works, to be completed this year. IAL prepared the master plan for these works and is negotiating for the forthcoming project management of the scheme. |
| Rio Tinto IOA | Scoping study for a HiSmelt pig iron plant in Guinea. The report covered the HiSmelt process, consumables required, power supply, water supply, Conakry port facilities and rail options from the Simandou mine. Financial analysis of capital and operating costs |
